Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and aha888 may withhold any funds in your account until proper verification is completed.

1.2 Account Creation and Verification

When creating an aha888 account, you agree to: (a) Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name as it appears on official identification documents, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number; (b) Maintain one (1) account only per person, household, IP address, and device - multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited; (c) Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure, and not share them with any third party; (d) Immediately notify aha888 of any unauthorized access to or use of your account; (e) Complete identity verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) procedures when requested, which may include submitting copies of identification documents, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. aha888 employs robust verification processes to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and to comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

1.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions and Restricted Persons

You acknowledge and agree that aha888 services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. 8. Account Closure and Suspension

aha888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) Violation of any provision of these Terms; (b) Fraudulent or suspicious activity; (c) Failure to complete identity verification procedures; (d) Abusive behavior toward staff or other players; (e) Bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings initiated against you; (f) Regulatory requirements or legal obligations. You may voluntarily close your aha888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure: (a) Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method; (b) Unused bonus funds and free spins will be forfeited; (c) You must cease all use of the Platform immediately; (d) Outstanding obligations to aha888 remain enforceable.

9. Amendments to Terms
